Job Description

Virtual Professional/ Assistant shall provide support services to clients, typically from a remote location and provide specialized jobs like marketing, administrative support, book-keeping, research, and customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing financial statements, letters, invoices, memos, reports, and various other documents.

  • Answering phones & routing calls on the proper individual or even shooting emails.

  • Handling fundamental bookkeeping activities.

  • Filing and locating company documents, documents, and accounts.

  • Conducting and researching information to cook documents for presentation and review by boards of directors, committees, and professionals.

  • Helping with the preparation for appointments.

  • Correctly recording minutes from appointments.

Job Qualifications

  1. At least 1 year of experience as a virtual assistant

  2. In-depth understanding of the whole MS Office suite.

  3. Have experience in project management tools (Slack, Trello, Asana, etc.)

  4. Ability to organize and prioritize an everyday workload.

  5. Should be ready to meet due dates in a fast-paced, rapidly changing atmosphere.

  6. A proactive approach to problem-solving with effective decision-making skills.

  7. Professional communications abilities oral as well as written.
