Job Description

We are looking for a skilled training supervisor to implement industry-leading training programs for our company. As a training supervisor, you will be required to assess current training and development systems, develop new training programs, implement measurement tools, and provide feedback. You may also be required to conduct research to identify specific staff training needs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervises daily training activities of associates and consultants.

  • Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations.

  • Review existing training programs and suggest improvements to enhance engagement, learning, and retention.

  • Ensures training materials and programs remain current, accurate, and effective.

  • Stay updated on new training methods and industry requirements.

  • Identifies opportunities for training improvements based on operational changes or industry developments.

  • Facilitates required training sessions and collaborates with external providers.

  • Manages employee registration for outside training programs.

  • Tracks and meets training milestones and budget goals.

  • Prepares and implements the training budget.

  • Performs other assigned duties as necessary

Job Qualifications

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with a strong ability in graphic design.

  2. Comprehensive understanding of training processes.

  3. Capability to facilitate large groups effectively.

  4. Extremely organized and detail-oriented.

  5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

  6. Must demonstrate proficiency in Google Workspace or equivalent software platforms.

  7. Passionate about driving personal and professional development in others.

  8. Demonstrated experience in creating innovative training programs.

  9. Enthusiastic about learning new skills and translating them into scalable programs and processes for the team.

  10. Ideal role for someone who has a strong passion for working with people and is eager to take charge of a training department

  11. Must be a self-starter with original ideas and a strong desire to shape the direction of the company’s training development.

Education Background

  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field is required.

  • Preferably, you should have a minimum of two years of training experience, ideally in a BPO setting, with at least one year of supervisory experience.

  • Experience in creating training materials is a plus.
