Technical Customer Support

Job Description

  1. Learn and use our software to do online research
  2. Using Excel spreadsheets to organize data collected into categories
  3. Call using a pre-written phone script to confirm incomplete/missing information (using skype or a VOIP)
  4. Send out pre-written email messages via our software
  5. Handle customer service emails
  6. Setup appointments
  7. Handle Forum and Social Media postings
  8. Do online research
  9. Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week–Full-Time

Job Qualifications

  1. At least 1 year experience in English based support or customer service
  2. Experience with MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Office, MS Excel: comfortable with technology
  3. Experience using Salesforce or any CRM
  4. Knowledge and Skills of Support Center platforms (Desk.com, Zendesk, etc.)
  5. Exceptional English communication and Interpersonal skills
  6. You must be able to work an 8hr shift or a 4hr shift schedule.
  7. Able to pay attention to details and be organized in your work
  8. You are able to watch a training video on how to use a software program and not shy to ask questions and also creative in either working around the problem or know how to find the answer.
